Cancellation Policy

I get it that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel. —Hails Nails has 75 % cancellation fee if you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment. —100% charge of the service for no shows/same day cancellations. Deposits required for next appointment. —Deposits roll over to next appointment if you reschedule within 48 hours. -Deposits are non-refundable. —I do have a 15 min grace period. If your more than 15 min late we will no longer have enough time and we will have to reschedule and you’ll be charged for the service scheduled. If you are unable to make the appointment, please kindly notify Hails Nails as soon as possible to reschedule. *No exceptions* *All clients agree to these terms and conditions when booking an appointment with HailsNails LLC. *
