Cancellation Policy
I get it that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel.
—Hails Nails has 100% cancellation fee if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment.
—100% charge of the service for no shows. Will no longer be able to book.
—Deposits roll over to next appointment if you reschedule before 48 hours.
-Deposits are non-refundable.
—I do have a 15 min grace period. If your more than 15 min late we will no longer have enough time to finish and we will have to reschedule. You WILL be charged for the service scheduled.
If you are unable to make the appointment, please kindly notify Hails Nails as soon as possible to reschedule.
*No exceptions* if you don’t agree to these terms then don’t book and appointment with HailsNails
